Runs

A run record describes one task execution: what was asked, which role owned it, which files were read and changed, and how each gate turned out.

The record below is an example. The harness can now produce real records, by running a project's gates from the command line, and it writes them to that project's own .ax/runs/ directory rather than into this repository. A record shipped here is therefore always an example.

Example. The run below is illustrative. Its duration, files and gate outcomes were written as a demonstration of the record format, not produced by running anything. Real records live in the project that was run, not here.
